Geoconsulting provides a number of different services for assessing the suitability of a property or site before development begins.

A site investigation can be used to assess the stability and suitability for development on the property. This may involve drilling one or more bore holes to obtain soil samples as well as taking photographs of the site.

A geotechnical report will include the findings from a site investigation giving an assesment of the site as well as any recommendations for further stability and development.
